Some (many?) Barracuda filter appliances are (mis?)configured to
outright reject mail based on a deep scan of Received: headers. You can
try contacting abuse or postmaster on the recipient's domain... but
chances are one or both will be rejected. :(

You may have to contact the recipient by phone to let them know their
spam filter is rejecting legitimate mail.
