DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been identified in paFileDB allowing malicious
people to upload arbitrary files.

The problem is that certain scripts allowing users to upload files
doesn't verify if people are authenticated before accepting files.
Any file type may be uploaded.

Version 3.1 and earlier has been reported vulnerable.

SOLUTION:
The developer claims that an update is available. However, the
version number has not changed making it difficult to determine if
this has infact been fixed:
http://www.phparena.net/

Secunia recommend that you use .htaccess or similar to protect this
tool.
