DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been identified in PeopleTools, which potentially
can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a vulnerable
system.

The vulnerability is caused due to the IClient servlet handling file
uploads insecurely. The problem is that uploaded files are placed in
an accessible directory with an insufficiently "random" name in the
web root.

It is therefore possible to upload and then execute malicious files
on the system if the name of the upload directory can be guessed.

SOLUTION:
Apply patches available from PeopleSoft Customer Connection.
