DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been identified in HP-UX, which can be exploited
by malicious, local users to escalate their privileges.

The vulnerability is caused due to a boundary error in a function
called by dtmailpr, which is installed suid "root". This can be
exploited to cause a buffer overflow allowing execution of arbitrary
code with escalated privileges.

The vulnerability affects HP-UX versions B.11.00, B.11.11, B.11.22,
and B.11.23.
