DESCRIPTION:
Simon Boulet has reported a vulnerability in WebCT, which can be
exploited by malicious people to conduct Cross Site Scripting
attack.

Forum messages aren't properly verified before they are stored. This
can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML or script code in users'
browser sessions in context of an affected site.

The vulnerability has been reported in version 4.1 and prior.

SOLUTION:
Patches are available.
