DESCRIPTION:
A security issue has been reported in nCipher netHSM, which may
disclose sensitive information to malicious, local users.

The problem is that pass phrases entered via the nCipher netHSM front
panel user interface are stored in clear text in netHSM log files.

SOLUTION:
Update to the latest netHSM firmware release and change pass phrases
for all affected cards.
