DESCRIPTION:
Jose Antonio Calvo has reported a vulnerability in jabberd and
jadc2s, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS
(Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the parsing of XML.
This can be exploited to cause the program to crash by sending a
specially crafted string on any socket where XML data is expected.

The vulnerability affects versions through jabberd 1.4.3 and jadc2s
0.90.

SOLUTION:
Fixes are available in the CVS repository.
