DESCRIPTION:
Two security issues with unknown impacts have been reported in The
ASN.1 Compiler.

1) A unspecified error exists during explicitly tagged ANY type
encoding and decoding.

2) A unspecified error exists in the handling of CHOICE types when
extensions have indefinite length structures.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 0.9.7.
