DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Cisco IOS, which can be
exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an error within the processing of
IPv6 packets. This can be exploited to cause a vulnerable device to
reload via multiple specially crafted IPv6 packets.

Successful exploitation requires that the device has been configured
to process IPv6 traffic.
