DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in grsecurity, which can be
exploited by malicious, local users to gain escalated privileges.

The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error in the RBAC
(Role-Based Access Control) system, which effectively gives every
subject the "O" flag. This can e.g. be exploited via LD_PRELOAD or
ptrace by root users to gain the privileges of any other process.

Successful exploitation requires use of the RBAC system.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 2.1.3.
