DESCRIPTION:
pjphem and LazyCrs have discovered a security issue in Simple PHP
Blog, which can be exploited by malicious people to disclose
sensitive information.

The problem is that user credentials are stored in the
"config/password.txt" file inside the web root. This can be exploited
to disclose encrypted usernames and passwords.

The security issue has been confirmed in version 0.4.0. Other
versions may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Move the "config" directory out of the web root.
