VERIFY ADVISORY:
http://secunia.com/advisories/16471/

CRITICAL:
Moderately critical

IMPACT:
Manipulation of data

SOFTWARE:

http://secunia.com/product/297/

DESCRIPTION:
matrix_killer has discovered a vulnerability in phpWebSite, which can
be exploited by malicious people to conduct SQL injection attacks.

Input passed to the "module" parameter isn't properly sanitised
before being used in a SQL query. This can be exploited to manipulate
SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.

Successful exploitation requires that "magic_quotes_gpc" is
disabled.

The vulnerability has been confirmed in version 0.10.1. Other
versions may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
