DESCRIPTION:
MoHaNdKo has reported a vulnerability in ACVSWS, which can be
exploited by malicious people to compromise a vulnerable system or to
disclose sensitive information.

Input passed to the "CheminInclude" parameter in
inc_ACVS/SOAP/Transport.php is not properly verified before being
used to include files. This can be exploited to include arbitrary
files from local or external resources.

Successful exploitation requires that "register_globals" is enabled.

The vulnerability is reported in the PHP 5 edition version 1.0 and
the PHP 4 edition version 2.0. Other versions may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly verified.
