DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in IPplan, which can be exploited
by malicious users to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the processing of
overly long headers in the "Data()" function in PHPMailer's
class.smtp.php. This can be exploited to consume a large amount of
CPU and memory resources on a vulnerable server.
Successful exploitation requires valid user credentials.
The vulnerability is related to:
SA15543
The vulnerability is reported in version 4.85. Prior versions may
also be affected.
SOLUTION:
Update to version 4.86.
