DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in HP-UX, which can be exploited by
malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error in certain
applications when running DCE (e.g. Software Distributor (SD)) and
can be exploited to cause a DoS.

The vulnerability affects HP-UX B.11.11 and B.11.23.

SOLUTION:
Apply patches.

HP-UX B.11.11 (11i v1):
Apply PHSS_36004 or subsequent.

HP-UX B.11.23 (11i v2):
Apply PHSS_36005 or subsequent.
