Downloadcenter "common.h" Information Disclosure

DESCRIPTION:
ByALBAYX has reported a security issue in Downloadcenter, which can
be exploited by malicious people to disclose sensitive information.

The security issue is caused due to the application not properly
restricting access to the "common.h" file. This can be exploited to
gain knowledge of sensitive information (e.g. database server address
and database name, user name, and password) by requesting the file
directly.

The security issue is reported in version 2.1. Other versions may
also be be affected.

SOLUTION:
Restrict access to the "common.h" file (e.g. using a ".htaccess"
file).
