eLitius manage-admin.php Security Bypass Vulnerability

DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been discovered in eLitius, which can be
exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security
restrictions.

The vulnerability is caused due to the application not correctly
restricting access to the admin/manage-admin.php script, which can be
exploited to e.g. change the administrator's password and email
address.

The vulnerability is confirmed in version 1.0. Other versions may
also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Restrict access to the "admin" folder (e.g. via ".htaccess").
