DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in the eBay Enhanced Picture
Services ActiveX control, which can be exploited by malicious people
to compromise a vulnerable system.

The vulnerability is caused due to an error in EPUWALcontrol.dll when
handling the "PictureUrls" property, which can be exploited to execute
arbitrary commands when a user visits a specially crafted web site.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 1.0.27 or later.

Microsoft has issued a Security Updates that sets the kill-bit for
one affected ActiveX control.
