Apache APR-util Library Integer Overflow Vulnerabilities

DESCRIPTION:
The Apache Foundation has acknowledged some vulnerabilities in
Apache, which can potentially be exploited to cause a DoS (Denial of
Service) or compromise a vulnerable system.

The vulnerabilities are caused due to the inclusion of a vulnerable
version of the APR-util library.

NOTE: The vulnerabilities may potentially only affect third party
modules built from an affected version.

The vulnerabilities are reported in versions prior to 2.2.13.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 2.2.13.
