IBM Cognos Express Tomcat Manager Hardcoded Credentials

DESCRIPTION:
A security issue has been reported in IBM Cognos Express, which can
be exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security
restrictions and cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The security issue is caused due to hardcoded credentials being used
for the Tomcat Manager component. This can be exploited to gain
access to Tomcat Manager and cause a DoS.

The security issue is reported in version 9.0.

SOLUTION:
Follow the vendor's guide to remove affected program files.
