DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Microsoft Windows, which can be
exploited by malicious, local users to gain escalated privileges.
The vulnerability is caused due to the Windows Client/Server Run-time
Subsystem (CSRSS) not properly terminating user processes upon a user
logout. This can be exploited to execute code with privileges of a
user subsequently logging on to the system.
SOLUTION:
Apply patches.
