DESCRIPTION:
Some vulnerabilities have been discovered in chillyCMS, which can be
exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting and
request forgery attacks.

1) The application allows users to perform certain actions via HTTP
requests without performing any validity checks to verify the
requests. This can be exploited to e.g. add or delete users by
tricking an administrative user into visiting a malicious web site.

NOTE: This can further be exploited to conduct script insertion
attacks.

2) Input passed via the "name" parameter to admin/index.php is not
properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be
exploited This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script
code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.

Successful exploitation requires that the victim is not logged in.

The vulnerabilities are confirmed in version 1.0.3. Other versions
may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Do not browse untrusted websites or follow untrusted links while
logged in to the application. Edit the source code to ensure that
input is properly sanitised.
