Cisco IOS Label Distribution Protocol Denial of Service

DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Cisco IOS, which can be
exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an error when processing Label
Distribution Protocol (LDP) UDP packets and can be exploited to cause
a device reload or restart the "mpls_ldp" Cisco IOS XR process.

Successful exploitation requires that a device is configured for
Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) and supports the Tag
Distribution Protocol (TDP) or LDP.

SOLUTION:
Update to a fixed version (please see the vendor's advisory for
details).
