DESCRIPTION:
Jeromie Jackson has reported a vulnerability in Palo Alto Networks
PAN-OS, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct script
insertion attacks.

Input passed via the "role" parameter to esp/editUser.esp while
editing a user profile is not properly sanitised before being used.
This can be exploited to insert arbitrary HTML and script code, which
will be executed in a user's browser session in context of an affected
device when the malicious data is being viewed.

SOLUTION:
The vulnerability is reportedly fixed in versions 3.1.1 and 3.0.9.
