DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Oracle SOA Suite, which can be
exploited by malicious people to disclose potentially sensitive
information or manipulate certain data.

The vulnerability is caused due to an error within the Web Services
Security subcomponent of the Web Services Manager component and can
be exploited to read, update, insert, or delete certain Oracle Web
Services Manager accessible data.

The vulnerability is reported in version 11.1.1.6.0.
