DESCRIPTION:
Multiple vulnerabilities have been reported in Oracle PeopleSoft
Enterprise PeopleTools, which can be exploited by malicious users and
malicious people to disclose certain sensitive information and
manipulate certain data.
1) An error within the PIA Core Technology sub-component of
PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools can be exploited to update, insert
or delete PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools accessible data.
2) An error within the "Report Distribution" sub-component of
PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools can be exploited to gain read
access to a subset of PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools accessible
data.
3) An error within the WorkCenter sub-component of PeopleSoft
Enterprise PeopleTools can be exploited to update, insert or delete
PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools accessible data.
4) An error within the "Rich Text Editor" sub-component of PeopleSoft
Enterprise PeopleTools can be exploited to update, insert or delete
PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools accessible data.
5) An error within the Portal sub-component of PeopleSoft Enterprise

NOTE: This vulnerability only affects users of Internet Explorer 6.

The vulnerabilities are reported in versions 8.51, 8.52, and 8.53.
