    Thanks (especially JCL), and now another question (I should have asked it the first time): What are the major top-3 players in the commercial IDS arena?

    I did some research myself and wonder if anyone could correct it (no. 1 being the best: making the most sales):

    1) Internet Security Systems with ISS RealSecure
    3) NFR Security with Network Flight Recorder IDS + LRD

    Can you also comment on it; which is technically most sophisticated? Any experience on it? Actually, I'm looking for info similar to http://www.gocsi.com/roundtable.htm but only more recent.
