I think it is a Windows/mysql issue, not ACID by itself - ACID is just a
bunch of scripts. What do you exactly mean by it doing ok through 200k
and then stopped? did it load the data and failed to display or just did
not finish loading?
I can only say that on linux/mysql ACID is doing OK with 200k entries by
now...
