Subject: How to contact someones ISP

Well, there have been many suggestions to
contact attackers ISP. But how can I find out
which IP address belongs to which ISP?

I'm also not shure if all ISPs will give access
to the loged telephone number/postage
address of their customers. In Germany the
informations are just given out to police/government
organisations (to guard one's privacy).
