this means that you have in your LAN 2 (or more) computers with the same
IP-address.
The IP-address (and the two MAC-Addresses) of the computers that caused this
error
are mentioned in the body of the email.

may be, but more likely the ip-address from one machine in your LAN is set
wrong.
