I believe the correct syntax is:
lynx http://www.url.com
or lynx ftp://ftp.url.com

Objet : network read error!
hi,
i've installed redhat 6.2 on a m/c and i've to access internet using Lynx
browser. I am using a masquerading gateway for Internet access. I am able to
access only local webservers . But not able to establish connection with any
internet servers..
What are all the deamons that are needed to make HTTP connections?
But when i run :lynx www.someurl.com i am getting an errors saying: network read
error!! Access to document denied!
Please thro some light!
