I have a network where a linux masquerading box is hosting internet and
being a firewall to the other computers on the LAN. Ive just recently
started running into problems where people are keeping napster running all
the time, I dont have a problem with this except that it is completely
killing my network's bandwith. I was wondering if it was possible to limit
how much bandwidth each IP can pull through my system, and if i can give
other IPs a higher priority or more bandwidth than others so that other
people on the LAN arent suffering from it.
