$APACHE_INSTALL_DIR/logs
If you installed from a tarball (.tar.gz) and configured without
specifying --prefix, it will be at /usr/local/apache/logs/ (access_log and
error_log). You can change this by editing httpd.conf.
But if you instaled from RPM, I guess it will be at
/var/log/httpd/
