Well an option is to chroot them in their home directories. But then you'll
have to provide a /bin in their home directories with all the commands they
need. There is also a nice package called compartment available at marc's site
http://www.suse.de/~marc at least if it is not there than the link to Thomas'
site is there wher it should be.
