Take a look at latest postfix experimental (but stable) release. I'm
about to test it -actually, I checked my mail while opening a session
to install it :-)
It has nice features a la cleanfeed, ie an external process which,
for what I read quickly, takes the mail in stdin, and gives it back
to stdout. A piece of cake with perl to which antivirus you prefer.
