    Hello,
    You can easily block the relevant ports by using simple iptables / chains,
    but you have one more option of crimping relevant users to a limited
    amount of bandwidth so that the entire network is not affected.

    You can have a look at something like cbq which would allow you to crimp
    an entire network range OR on a per IP basis.
