Sysinternals have just what you are looking for. There is a tool that boots
the PC and will change the Admin password to whatever you desire.

Hello everyone,

                I'm doing support on a NT Server 4 with service pack 6, and
would like to have access to admin privileges. But the owner of the box
forgot the admin password. There is no other account on the pc accept
administrator and guest. Guest is disable, I need some kind of tool to
reset the admin password. If any of you guys have it, I would like very
much to have if possible.
