I'm working NT4, SP6a, etc. with no problems. However, the previous release
did give me some similar problems: I'd click my shortcut to wfpgui, and it
wouldn't show up on the screen for almost a minute or so. It was a bit odd,
but it always came up eventually. After it did appear it worked fine.
