Hmm, try this.
You'll need to log onto the workstation as an administrator, run User
Manager, select User Rights... from the Policies dropdown menu, and use
the User Rights Policy dialog box and add the different rights to the
user or to a group to which the user belongs.

Hello all..
On every new user that I create, they seem to get this error..
"System error 1314 has occurred. A required priviledge is not held by
the
client."
This happens when they try to sync the time with the PDC, Print, or
download
files. Why is this happening? Its only for the accounts that I create
from
here on. Not the other users. Everyone has the same rights.. I am
dumbfounded.
