While we are on the subject of command line tools for NT admin:
These tools work very well in a script environment, which is great for
me. They are also free, and thus far, work as advertised.

If you go by what they teach at MS School it would be but there are a
lot of powerful command line tools in the various Resource kits (NT
Server, Backoffice, IIS, etc) that give you as much control as the gui
apps and sometimes even more. The problem is MS hasn't consolidated a
listing of all of these apps and the parameters for using them in one
place. Come to think of it, no one else has
