Have you tried deleting c:\windows\history\index.dat (by booting into
command prompt/an alternative OS)?

Subject: MS IE 5.0 storing web site visits
I am having troubles with Microsoft Internet Exploring caching web
address after I clear the history, clear the cache, and turning off
all of the auto-completing options. I clear all the would be cached
pages from the cache, and clear all the cookies.
After doing all that MS IE 5.0 will still autocomplete URL addresses
that have previously been visited. Does anybody have a solution to
this?
Peace,
Mike Harris
