We use a pretty darn good little program called GS98 put out by ArcSoft for
Win98. Their website is www.arcsoftware.co.uk. The site license is pretty
cheap and it lets you lock down pretty much everything. They may have a
version in the works for Win2000, but their should also be some resources out
there for working out Win2000 policies...
