Jim,
I run both Mcafee Netshield 4.03A, to protect NT, and Groupshield 4.5, to
check e-mail/Exchange, on my Exchange server. I have had very good luck.
Using the Attachment Blocking features in GroupShield 4.5 has improved my
sleep at nights greatly. Make sure you keep the scan engine(4070) in
Netshield and the DAT files updated in both.

Subject: Exchange antivirus issues

I am preparing to migrate my corporate mail system from ccMail to Exchange
5.5 as a member server on an NT network. I have always had good luck
running McAfee A/V on my workstations and servers, and had the McAfee server
product running on this server previously as this Exchange server had been
used for a specialized side project.
1) I have been told that I should be using the Exchange version of A/V
software on an Exchange and would like to stay with McAfee. (Okay by me.)

2) I have even been told to run both Norton A/V and McAfee A/V
simultaneously. (good or bad?)

Any particular issues I should be aware of (configurational or operational?)
