What you found is probably leftovers from someone seeing if they were able
to upload anonymously to your ftp site. This is done by 'traders' - people
spreading warez on public ftp's. the fxp part(as you probably know) is
server-to-server transfer, without the data passing your own machine, thus
using the servers bandwidth instead of your own. the 'deMENtia' is probably
the group.

Subject: `DeMENtia-FXP file???

Hi all,

This morning i found a file called `DeMENtia-FXP which is zero byte length
in my ftproot directory. I looked up the logs and see that someone from
holland tried to create this file. Does anyone have information on this
file? What this could be, an attack or what?

Thanks in advance..
