Try the following link: ftp://ftp.cso.uiuc.edu/pub/security/wordlists/
It contains specialized dictionaries and foreign language dictionaries that
L0phtcrack can use. I beleive there are a couple German dictionaries there
as well, but haven't checked to see if they contain special German
characters.
