Some programs like WFTPD FTP Server allow restriction to home directories
only.
That is one that we are using at our office, and it does a very good job of
keeping
customers in their home directory. It even looks like they are in the root
dir when
they are several levels below it. You might check out other server programs
besides
the one you are using now.
