Yes install RRAS or SP4 ( I believe ) and you can open the tcp/ip settings
filter IP based on tcp/udp, port or ip address

Does anyone know if it's possible to filter a range of ports using the tcp
security feature in Windows NT 4.0?
I would like to allow tcp ports above 1024, obviously without having to
enter them manually in the window.

    TIA
