Just enabling or forwarding those ports is not enough if you also want
inbound video. You will need either a gateway that handles H.323 or
something in your firewall that will allow &/or pass through the H.323
protocol. There are many articles on the H.323 and VoIP (Voice over IP)
protocols that explain some of the options. All my bookmarks to such
articles are at home, but the best one I found was in a Linux How-To which I
found via a search on Linux.com.
