    which adapters a port is bound to is specifically stated in the bind()
    winsock call. the program must support this feature to be able to select
    ip's at bind time. most just default to all open ip's though, so you may be
    out of luck. pcanywhere might support it, but if it does, it's because they
    wrote it that way.
