It took some digging, but, here's where you can get chktrust in one small
download. I found this in the following MS Knowledge Base article: INFO:
Steps for Signing a .cab File [Q247257].

The URL below takes you to a page where you can download codesign.exe which
contains all the utilities to sign and check cabinet files. (The URL may be
wrapped.)

Hmmmm... I should have waited for the other posts. I tested the script on a
clean build yesterday and had some problems.

The first was the fact that chktrust is not installed on Windows 2000
Advanced Server, with or without Service Pack 1, by default. Actually, I
don't know if can be installed from the W2KAS CD. After searching, I found
that you could get chktrust after downloading the 204MB SDK. Do you know of
any easier ways to get chktrust??
